| Friends, we made it. Thank you for joining me these past seven days. The goal of this newsletter was to carve out a few more hours each week to find more time for the things we care about. After implementing the strategies throughout the past seven days, I found an additional 7.5 hours. I outsourced my grocery shopping. I stopped scrolling endlessly through streaming services. I cut down on my screen time. I used my newly found time to read half a book, reconnect with a friend I hadn't seen in a couple of months and unexpectedly started watching "The Crown." Still not sure how I wound up watching a period piece, but Claire Foy just gets me. I also made time for things that make me happy: spending time with friends and watching great television. And I improved my relationship with Sundays. What I'd really like to know now is what you thought of the series, and if you had any success implementing these strategies yourself. Please take this short survey about the newsletter and share what you liked — or didn't — about the series. And if you want more advice and news you can use from The Post, sign up for some of our daily or weekly newsletters.
